Bio:
Richard Filitor, Office Manager
Hired
onto SEMA, Inc. in September 2000, he is the Administrative General
Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Atlanta
Headquarters and supports Pete and the Sales Team in the areas of customer
care, estimating, sales/financial systems, trade show planning, and
administrative matters.
Richard also helped to update our information system to better serve
our manufacturer's and customers. Married
in October 1982, Richard has three children.
Raised in a suburb of New York City, he graduated from NYU (New York
University), in 1977 with a degree in Food Service Management and
Dietetics.
Prior to joining SEMA, Richard served as Director of Food and Nutrition
Services at Scottish Rite Children’s Medical Center. He held subsequent
positions at Southern Regional Medical Center, and St. Joseph’s
Hospital.
Richard’s other interests include, cooking (always wanted to be a Chef),
playing guitar, singing, and
coaching his boy’s baseball and basketball teams. Civic involvement
includes offices of Vice-President and President for his local Homeowners
Association Board of
Directors.
