Michael is a graduate of Belmont University, Nashville, TN with a Bachelor  of Arts degree. He has a lovely wife and four beautiful children. His most recent prior employment was as Assistant Manager at The Hermitage Hotel in Nashville.  He was involved with all aspects of the property. His initial training started at SEMA in February, '95. Formal field training has continued for two years. He attended the Dale Carnegie Sales Development Course starting October 2 for 14 weeks. He has also spent a week working with a local service agency to gain a first-hand understanding of customer problems and related service calls. Michael has also completed the MANA-sponsored CPMR course at Arizona State University.  He has also been the primary trainer for our most recent sales addition in the Nashville area.
Michael enjoys listening to and performing music, pick-up basketball games, and doting over his four children.

 He is responsible for Central and East Tennessee along with Tim Brookie.
